I had bought Iris in foal in Holland for a client a few years ago. My client loved and cared dearly for Iris and bred 2 beautiful filly out of her sired by Age B. Unfortunally the lady became in an unwanted situation and had to sell Iris Meike, she offered her to me first as she wanted Iris to be looked after. My as a breeder and a judge/assessor of the Friesian horse was always very impressed with the quality of foals that Iris and Wildcroft Age B produced. Their beauty is recognisable from a distance and an improvement on their parents. So I bought her and Iris arrived at Wildcroft. I put her in foals a year after she had her seconds daughter Misha. Iris Meike has a beautiful nature is independent from other horses and is happy on her own in a paddock or riding. That independency she passes on to her offspring they are all easy going and sweet. and great balanced movers . Iris Meike is the mother of Melrose leihlana, Melrose Nimeesha and her 2014 foal; Vije fan Wildcroft, a beautiful little girl with long legs and lots of confidence. They are quality foals out of a quality mare exchanged with a Top sire Age B.
